View Full Version : New Player Gear Wish List?

I was wondering if someone could give me a full gear list with the going price. Such as:

Robe: Advisor Robe (100 gold avg)
Legs: " "
Rings: " "


It's been over 10 years since I have played, and I forget most of the items. I'm mostly just looking for a full list of cheap gear that's decent that I should look out for in EC to buy while leveling. As shown below, I am a mage =].

***If there is already a thread about this, or if I should of posted this in another forum, I apologize in advance.

Don't worry too much about gear. Instead you should focus on saving up money for jboots and getting your pet focus items. Mages are perhaps the least gear dependent class in the game.

I think I have two batskull earrings on my mage that I can give you. Shoot a tell to kibeker/azazel/iganoo/skope.

Only gear a Mage really needs is the focus items like Scope said and some kind of a Robe to look pimp. :eek: They really don't benefit a lot form a ton of Int , mana. I mean it doesn't hurt to have it but just takes longer to med. Their pet does most of the work.

They used to level faster than hell before the pet nerf. I think the best way now is just do a little damage to get the 50% XP than trying to out damage the pet for full XP. They still level solo even with 50% XP as fast or faster than probably any other class but a Bard.
