Spawning the Lich of Miragul

the Lich of Miragul in everfrost for the Fiery Avenger. did some research but cant find conclusive information on whether he has a set spawn time or if he has a PH and if so what the PH might be. if anyone has any information about this it would be quite wonderful!

Yes he is 7 days spawn, just pull your tons camp inside the cave.

He is KOS to everyone and roam in a big circle, con red for me when i was 52lv.

We killed him the other day. Whenever inny spawned. Literally turned in and got the shout that Inny was up. So whenever that was.

Confirmed that he is _not_ a 7 day spawn on this server. Not sure what his spawn time is, but it is not static 7 days. Guild killed him at a precise time (I was there). I camped him 24 hours prior to his due time and he never showed.
