hahahahahaahhaha.
As a hardcore AD (dont call it that) fan this is an epic picture post sir. I'm goin full retard sunday night and watchin em all.Tbh though ill be dissapointed if they dont use this oppertunity to exploit the shit out of Fox and how they snubbed the best comedy show since seinfeld. If you watch the outtakes of the 3rd season David Cross goes on a hilarious/epic/true rant on a blooper about how fox took a show that won more awards in 2 seasons than any other show currently aired on primetime and dilberately gave it a death sentence timeslot

It is literally the best comedy TV show of all time, and I do not misuse the word literally. Sooo excited; I hope I can find a place with a huge TV to watch it :P

Firefly anyone?
And these execs get to keep their jobs. Hell they prolly blame the cancellation on someone else, fire them, and give themselves a raise!!!

Yea Sunny just feels so "scripted" now.
Like the writing is SERIOUSLY overdone. Saw one recent episode the other night and I remember thinking the show is now literally a charicature of itself.
Oh well --- the first few seasons are still comedy GOLD

I am pleased to report that the 4th season of Arrested Development is far less disappointing than a worst-case scenario might imply.
Go in with lowered expectations and you will be pleasantly surprised. Among the worst episodes the series has ever produced, but still better than a majority of what television has to offer these days.

I enjoyed them, certainly the older episodes were better but it's better than not having any episodes. They put a little different twist in giving each character their highlighted episode but I did enjoy how it all came together eventually.

I thought the first few episodes weren't so great, but really no worse than than some of the poorer episodes from previous seasons. People have been holding it to a higher standard now because of the hype. I've really been enjoying the middle-later ones.
It's also fun because I went to UC Irvine and lived in Newport Beach :)

Buster, Buster went a little weird. I will have to watch that a few more times to ensure that I didn't like it. The episode was BRILLIANT, maybe the best writing of the season. But Buster. Hmm.
You're now just thinking Buster is weird? haha
Idk, im so torn on all this. Obviously, it's awesome to have new episodes. But George Sr and Oscar switching "roles" in the show for the majority of the season just made 0 sense. They just took every character, exposed them to a mass level of desperation, and then wrote the 4th season. Seems to me this project was 50% a will to finish/continue a project that was ended abruptly, 50% Ron Howard using this as a personal platform. Nothing about AD made sense, it wasnt tangible to any sect of America, rich or poor people. The comedy-style was like a live action Family Guy (equally as clever as absurd), but that's what made it great. It was funny because it was just flat out funny. The new season seems meticulously calculated instead of cleverly unified by the writing.
