I go upstate NY to 38 acres of land I inherited and theres no electricity I do some junk up there once in a while...kinda like working on a farm I suppose but you are right I did find myself up at 6am and then drooling on myself sleeping by 6pm

But I couldnt live up there without internet or TV...I have been spoiled by society and I am too far gone to turn back

Funny you should say that, my friend took out $25,000 in student loans for a Media Art Design school in Southern California. He dropped out after 6 months and spent all that loan money on Del Taco and video games. Its been 6 years and he still owes money on it, and has no job.

My wife played wow with me for years, we both plan to play ESO when it comes out. I just can't get her back into EQ. She played for awhile but cant get past the graphics and she doesnt have the sentimental attachment I do, WOW was her first mmo love.

I ended up just camping my alts near his spawn point and would log them on intermittently to check - especially after server reboots, etc. I think it took a month or two, but eventually all three of them had their patches.

I'd say "I can't imagine myself doing that these days", but that would be a lie.

this is more than likely a joke...but I would never suggest getting any SO to game with you...if they dont like gaming at all even better. They won't bother you when you game and they'll help you not fall too far down the rabbit hole.

Might be some lucky dudes out there with chicks that game like a dude...IE don't need hand holding, not constantly needing help, not constantly in the dark...etc

Glad I'm one of the lucky ones, but there have been times when it was troublesome. My first EQ account got "stolen" by my wife. I had to restart my character on a new account. But she kicked more butt in EQ than I did.
