I have ALL of the quest (http://wiki.project1999.org/Zimel%27s_Blades_%28SoulFire%29) components, the only thing you have to do is max your faction with the Priests of Life, most commonly done via the Werewolf Hunters (http://wiki.project1999.org/Werewolf_Hunters) or Lashun Novashine gold (http://wiki.project1999.org/Bone_Chips_Qeynos) quests. Teleportation is provided to and from Paw.
