gf cant log on after crash

My girlfriend and I was playing and she started messing around with fonts and UI. the game crashed shortly after and now she cant select her bard anymore...PS she can log onto other characters tho. Any help would be appreciated.

tell her to delete the UI files for her bard.

it should be relatively easy to find/figure out which ones those are, but if you can't please repost and i'll point them out for you.

sometimes it takes a few minutes - unless you're getting the 1018 error or whatever after 5 minutes, you should be able to get back in
