How much of a damage bonus do 1h and 2h weapons gain as you level?

I'm aware that weapons get a hidden damage bonus once you reach a certain level, and continues to rise with your level, and that this bonus is different for 1h and 2h weapons. I'm wondering exactly how you calculate that bonus and/or what it is at specific levels for both 1h and 2h weapons.

(Level - 25) / 3 = Primary hand dmg bonus.
So at 28 you get your first 1, and at 60 you're topped out at 11.
To my knowledge there is no additional bonus for 2hb, but I have not parsed it.

So when I reach level 40 my primary hand damage bonus would be 5?

There is a different DMG Bonus for 2 hnder weapons. It scales with level and with delay. There is no chart out there atm that gives the dmg bonus for each lvl/delay combination for p99. I believe at lvl 60 the dmg bonus for a 30 delay weapon is around 20.
