Golden Cat's Eye Amulets x2 (+14)
the 2ac/15hp/15mana bracelets would be better for the first 30 levels or so
Golden Star Ruby Ring x2 (+10)
5ac/55hp rings are better always.

What's the consensus on how much INT and CHA a soloing Enchanter should shoot for? Is 200ish CHA basically a requirement for charm soloing, INT be damned? If so, are starting points better spent in CHA or INT? It seems like INT would be preferable given the relative abundance and cheapness of +CHA gear. Never played a chanter so I'm curious how to strike the right balance between two such important stats.

max mana pool size is just a statistic and really has no bearing on success or failure as long as your current mana is less than max
what race are we talking here? high elf, dark elf, gnome, erudite all start with decent mana pools, so CHA is more important especially if you plan on charm soloing
so unless you're human, put points in CHA
and unless you're high elf, you're going to have to overcome an innately low CHA anyway

I say screw HP when you're leveling; max out dat charisma. It's what I did. My first solo kills in south and seb I still only had like 950 hit points unbuffed.

looking at this chart from the wiki (http://wiki.project1999.org/Enchanter#Picking_the_right_race_for_your_statisti cs):
http://wiki.project1999.org/images/Enchanter-stats.png
dark elf: 25 cha, 5 int/sta
erudite: 25 cha, 5 agi
gnome: 25 cha, 5 int/sta
high elf and human are up in the air. with as little as adding 5 cha to a high elf, you're already matching max cha for a dark elf/gnome. a human only takes 10. so do you want to skyrocket their cha or take their int higher (especially for human, who has the lowest) or even take stamina higher. considering that you only get 2 hp per stamina at level 50 as an enchanter, i'm not actually advocating this choice, just saying the choice is available. as a high elf i would go 25 cha, 5 int. as a human, maybe the same still.

2x 5/55 rings make up as much as at least 33% of your total health until you're like 30. that's a huge amount of health relative to the enchanters low return on stamina and hp/level.

So? All the hp in the world don't mean squat when you don't get hit much at all.
I guess I'm assuming the OP plans on soloing to level though. In a group I'd suggest 5/55 rings but the rest a balance of the best cha or int you can find for any given slot.

Cha is cheap to come by, but when you get into the better gears at higher levels (and I'm not even talking about BCGs or VP gear, just planar and hiero and such), you'll have an abundance of int.
Tecmos is a dark elf, and I put 5 into int at creation, and without insidious robe, sleeves, or gloves (so at least 15 int), and with NO int on ears, robe, belt, shoulders, pants, boots, fingers, offhand, or ranged, I'm still at 197 int selfbuffed.
Looking WAY down the road, it doesn't seem like the great (but not totally super uber) gear in Velious really gives you much more int or charisma than Kunark gear. There is a lot more hp and stam and ac and mp and resists on everything, but not much more int and it actually seems like LESS charisma. So I'd definitely recommend against points into stam at creation, even as an erudite or high elf, unless you're positive you're gonna be decked in the super high-end raid drops. Better off making sure your int and cha are topped off and having the option to swap in pure survivability pieces or whatever.
