In the ongoing saga of determining who is the overall Queen of Bad Posters on Project 1999, we've run into a speed bump.

Red99 has been the source of so many subhuman miscreants that have shitted up threads so severely, that, if we were honest about it, they would win everything with their red style bad-post-zerg tactics, IF they could get enough people online at once to tilt the vote. So, we should consider the following:

Are red99 players even human in the first place?
Should they be allowed to vote like the superior normal people?
Should they be allowed to be nominated for superior normal-person positions?
Should they be allowed 1/3 personship, soas to allow 3 of them to vote as one person?

The world wants to know.

There is not a clear community opinion yet. The votes are split. Need more votes to reflect the will of the broader community before a decision can be made whether or not to include red99 scum with the regular people.

the community of the poll is only reflected by those who have chosen to vote. because it may not be up to the standard that you think it should be does not invalidate those who have voted. a poll was posted and those who have voted have voted thus contributing to the poll. if one has chosen to not engage the poll then maybe an option of none or no one should be given in order to reflect that opinion. as it stands now there are votes and you're banking a fallacy of popularity like a coward does when they don't really want to do something.
