Jboots are meant for traveling at run speeds higher than normal. It would normally help the value of the account, and keys save time as well. But goodluck on this account sale, I hope you get that 40k hah.

Jboots don't help accounts by the 5-6k they are worth so there's no point in getting them if you're selling
