Last raincaller I have seen on the market auctioning for was 14k

however I have noticed HBC has been increasing in price steadily as other items have started to level off or decline.

Thats a huge gap. Anywheres between there I guess sounds right. Don't see them sold much. Really wish it was a Proc like it was in classic until it was nerfed. I would def make a ranger with that type of firepower.
