Ok, I'm just starting this thread to hopefully get some wayback links or something to show proof of when the nerf went into effect. There seems to be confusion on all of the classic emu servers. Every thread I read people are saying both, that it happens in Luclin and Velious. I've read a few threads on the p99 forums, but all of them seem to go back and forth about when it started, and I didn't see any links in the threads I read.
I just think it might be a good idea for monks to get some proof of when it happened to either a.) preempt calls for nerfs, or b.) prepare for the class alterations of not being a viable tank.
