depends on the class but i'd say a healthy mix of seb scale, kylong, jarsath, class quest and ragefire drops.

I don't know what's best in slot, but if you want affordable you can't beat Jarsath Scale...sit in Karnor and loot rots of it for free.

yup, i'm looking to start my Iksar SK now so that i'm ready for when Velious comes out. i hear Iksars are godly tanks once they start wearing the Velious quest armor.
