I cannot fucking wait for Velious on here.

I took my SK on live over to Kael and did some work on some giants. Swung over to West Wastes to solo some dragons. Dropped into ToV to dick around. Went and killed Zlandicar for the old times.

I miss Velious so much, but it's also kind of lame now being that my SK is godlike on live. I can't wait to play it in the hardcore-classic sense. :eek::D:)

Edit: and I'm starting an alt just to play through Crystal Caverns again. Most fun I have ever had in EQ.

I only played from launch to about a month or two after Kunark came out, so Velious would actually be all new to me.

Is there non-raider stuff to do or is it mostly just for raids? Either way I can't wait to see it.

I logged into my ranger on live the other day and I was laughing at the stats I have on live compared to here on p99.

It's an absolute blast for anyone lvl 30+... iirc you can't go to Velious till you're lvl 30

Yea it's a joke, I have like 18k hp unbuffed and im nowhere near max level. It's still fun though, still EQ... just, wayyyyy different.

Unfortunately word on the street is that Shadow Knights suck in Velious and only 1 is needed per raid guild:

LOL guess I better just stop playing now.

Funny story though; pre-kunark SKs/Rangers/Pallys all kind of blew, but on EQLive now SKs/Rangers are arguably the most OP classes. SKs are literally gods with the right AAs at lvl 90+
