Packet loss issue between Verizon & Cogent

Is anyone getting burned by this bandwidth dispute between Verizon and Cogent? My connection to CERTAIN areas of the country is sooo frigging choppy and slow it's made my job virtually impossible the past couple of days. I think this may have something to do with my issues playing p1999 lately, as well.

I use my cell phone as a wifi hot spot at home. The last four nights I haven't been able to log EQ through it. Could be this.

I have Verizon Wireless and I don't even need to click the article or do any research to know those stupid fucks are probably responsible for your problem. I'd switch, but I live in a rural area and Verizon has a monopoly here.
