If i recall after streaming sirken before the crash. He was gonna talk with the rest of the crew to see if they would want to give out double xp after the server was in a good state. But it wasnt for sure. He just said it might happen

Low HP kiting is clearly a broken mechanic (exploit). But it's classic. The rest of what Bards can do is fine - awesome actually.
