Network error with new patch

so I've been trying to get back on p99 recently and ive been unable to download the new patch due to getting a network error upon downloading

Not to mention I also get an error when using the eqemu patcher telling me to contact its connection site.
Ideas? :(

Yep, download link is all over the place, you can find it on the FAQ at the top of this page, also in falkuns easy to follow set up guide, the news and announcements forum, or simply by searching "spell files".

Come on, is it so much to ask that people take a moment to peek around for these things before they start asking for help?
