Play level appropriate geared chars for pvp only. Just "make them" no need for you to xp and pixel grind. You all know how to make it fair.
Go pvp in zones and in guilds with them. Do not alter your chars, just use for pvp.
This will give you face time action with all the derps on the server.
Enforce Bushido warrior code on everyone. Anyone who lacks discipline or breaks the rules delevel to level 1, bind, and jail permanently in glooming-deep.
Allow everyone to visit jailed characters in gloomingdeep who were once supreme asshats. Maybe after 1 week allow those chars to come back minus 10 levels and with a starter kit of 40's gear.
