This has to be probably the best 60k I've spent. It went a lot smoother/faster than I expected with the total time being under an hour to finish. If my SK becomes able to, I wouldn't hesitate to pay for this service for a second round.

level requirement to get those 2 items? How difficult is the quest?

There is no level requirement. The quest for the epic is kinda hard (soul leach) but this part is easy using my method. Simple loot and scoot. Shouldn't take more than an hour.
