Looking for gear advice

I'm a lvl 12 Ogre shaman new to the server and the class. I was lucky enough to come across some plat and need some suggestions of what I should get. I have about 2k to work with and I already have a slime coated harpoon. I appreciate any input.

1. 55HP 5AC rings x2, Platinum Fire Emerald I think?
2. Dusty Rusted Vambraces (200-500pp) 14ac, 20HP.
3. Kunzar Cloak
4. If you have lots of time, sit around in KC and figure out who is killing Drolvarg Warlord and get his bracer -- no drop, rots often. I wouldn't try for it until you have bind so when you die trying to get it from his corpse you don't die. (35 mana, 25hp, 4wis 4int? I'm just guessing)

Thanks. It looks like I would have to go all in for a PWC but it looks pretty sweet. I'll have to keep it in mind when I can afford it. Or would it be better to go with that and come up with the other stuff later?

Not sure, honestly. I think you could get it for 1400 or so and pick up the rest here and there for 2200 perhaps
