Shammy epic clickable @ 46 or 50?

So Ive heard different things in game, some people say you can click shaman epic at 46 and other says you cant until 50. Was just wondering if anyone here had an epic at level 46, and if so were you able to use it then?

Like I said, people have told me it works @ 46. So I am asking if anyone who had the epic at/before 46, when were you able to click it. Im not asking what the wiki says.

46, wiki says 50 but i've seen shams using before 50 plenty of times

theres no way its 50, like the man above said, i too have seen many before lvl 50 use it
