eq emu down?

I don't see that anyone has posted about this, but is EQ emu down right now? Earlier the forums and eq emu forums were down for me too, but now it's just the actual eq emu server list. Is the game server itself up?

EQ EMU is down for me as well. But I see the server population rising. I'm not technically savvy.
