I think the question is re: the silhouetted structure you see at rougly 1:14, and I have no idea what it is. There were so many placeholders in that video (loved the Crash Test Dummy-esque player model), it's anyone's guess if it was anything EQ-related or just a test area of some kind.

The only thing I see at 1:14 is the dark elf and ogre running around High Pass.

Edit: Unless you mean the bridge/tower thing at 1:15-1:16, in that case I have no idea. Sure, neriakd.
