In our experience, larger guilds that are bursting at the seams tend to lose it's players in the crowd. No one knows who you are and there isn't a true community; however, in EverQuest, the community is what makes the game great.
In Verite, we are mid-sized casual raiding guild that is dedicated to character development and building friendships among our players. No one is left to fend for themselves - we help each other out, and expect that all members have a certain set of qualities that set us apart from other guilds in the game. Those qualities are consistency, dedication, compassion, empathy and selflessness. It should be noted that we are NOT a social guild and we do not invite everyone. People are invited based on the afore-mentioned qualities, and must go through a probationary period of 1-3 weeks to ensure a good fit with the guild and that they are an active part of the community. Drama is not invited, not encouraged, and not tolerated. Check it at the door.
Listed are a few points of interest:
Tight-Knit Community
"After Hours" Play
Dedicated Grouping
Support For All Characters
Alliance Guilds: More Groups, More Raids, More Company
Requirements for joining:
Have the qualities and demeanor of a good, ethical player.
Be active in the community.
No Level Requirement
Must be registered on the website.
Pass 1-3 Week Probationary Period
