Hey guys,

I have had an active petition up for a few days now with no response, i'm not sure if there are a lot of issues or current petitions going right now but what is the estimated time of a response?

If it's a forum petition, it helps to bump it once a day. If it's a petition in-game, depending on the issue, you might want to refresh it every now and again (e.g. if it's something the GMs can't do while you're logged out, you might make the petition, log out, and then a GM sees it and clears it since they can't do anything). Be polite and don't spam, though, obviously.

IP exemptions are done in batches every few weeks. Stay patient and it will be processed.

IP Exemptions are also the one thread you actually don't want to bump.
