Soldiers of Tunare Faction

I am Tunare and killed some druids in OOT for phat lewts of 11p swords, was beyond dumb on my part, anyway my soldiers of tunare faction is now messed up and I con threatingly now.

Now I researched quest to do to raise it and found muffin quest for FP but the problem is, is he is KOS to me so I can not turn them in. Any ideas or advice would help!

The general solutions to faction issues like that are:

1) Change shape (maybe the FP guard is ok with wolves?)
2) Invis/sneak to do the turn in
3) Get someone else to distract the guard, by hailing him a lot (not sure if this actually works, just seen it mentioned)

Oh, and there's also option #4: find out what faction the FP guard is on, and do some other quest (or if you're lucky, just kill some mobs) until your faction with him is better.
