yes he's real. Are you killing the two wandering skellie PH's? Cuz if not someones else is and you're unlikely to get him. Also I think the spawn time is closer to 7 hours.

2 days ago I went in, killed the PH skeles. Logged back on 7.5 hours later and he was up, got the pelt. I got lucky, but good luck.

Yeah, it exists. A real bitch of a camp. Especially if Lich is up. Basically just kill the wandering skeletons if you see them up then come back in 8 hours and hope someone else didn't get the bear before you did if it spawns. Keep doing this every 8 hours until you get the bear. And if you're doing it for the Totemic, do yourself the favor and just pay the 2k or whatever it is. If you're doing it for the shield, at least you can make a couple of k on the helm. The shield can be MQ'd too though, so that's an option for sale as well, but it'd be a pain to sell as there probably isn't a ton of demand for it, even though it isn't a bad shield.

Sorry!!! No one was there at the time, the zone was pretty empty. Like I said though, I just got extremely lucky. I just finished my greaves via a snowball in perma and checked it on the way out before gating back to S karana. Ended up leaving with both complete.

On a side note, it can be a real shitty camp because higher levels are constantly in there camping it "for their alts" or to sell in EC. Pretty lame when an appropriate level shaman is in there trying to get some armor for themselves and a level 60 druid is telling them to get lost.
