Maybe I'm wrong here..
But in Classic - didn't Lay Hands and Harm Touch reset when you died? Everytime?
I thought they changed it to a hard core hour cooldown sometime later, but it was after Kunark sometime.
Or is my memory just foggy? :)
I played a pally and recalled thinking back then - it was the small 'consolidation prize' for dying.
I thought - they had changed it because in PvP a SK could get you, if you were close to their bind - one way or the other, even if they just kept running back to HT you.
