We don't know what happened prior to those guys breaking in his face. We see 6 minutes of what could have been a 30 minute incident. Unfortunately the way news reports in this country we will probably never get eye-witness accounts of the full story.

Well, thankfully we have more than street justice in this society. If the SUV driver was in the wrong initially, he'll end up with attempted vehicular manslaughter or something similar. He was probably "antagonizing" them by not being intimidated by them on the road, which is why the guy resorted to brake checking him like that. They were group of bikers that thought they owned the road, and decided that they wanted to slow traffic down to let the rest of the bikers catch up with them. Happens all the time on big rides like this.

Look at all the fuckin helmet cams in the video, you don't set those up to hit record when something exciting is happening. They record all day long. There is no way that a serious incident took place before the video that was released, they would have had it on camera from 20 different angles.

Suv driver should get attempted manslaughter. This may not be at all what happened but judging by them brake checking him to slow him down I can imagine. They were doing stunts, This guy decides he's going to ride right next to them and call the cops and make gestures, yell etc. They feel he is intentionally driving close to them and could cause someone to lose their concentration or balance with the wind from his truck. They surround him and slow him down to say "back the fuck off, we have 70 bikers here and we may be stunting but don't need to get run over by someone with road rage.

When they try to slow him down he shows his defiance by hitting the bike instead of braking. Now they are pissed because what they thought to be true is. He could care less and will hit their bikes and cause them to wreck because he doesn't understand that riding 2 feet way from someone doing a stunt is a bad idea..or cutting off motorcycles could cause someone to be vaulted onto the pavement.

Now they want to punch him in the head and go for his door. He runs over a few of their buddies and severely injured one. The rest is history.

Just what I think..I didn't read any stories about it yet and am only judging by the video. This just seems like a scenario that's more likely than just bikers want to break check people in hopes they hit their bike so they can drag them from the vehicle.

Biker Christopher Cruz, 28, has been charged with reckless endangerment, reckless driving, endangering the welfare of a child and menacing, police said. He was awaiting arraignment on Tuesday.

The second man who turned himself in to police was suspected of punching out the windshield of the Range Rover. He had not been charged as of late Tuesday afternoon.

Police said they were looking to make more arrests as they sort through the chaos, which was all captured on video.

Meanwhile, biker Edwin Mieses, an aspiring rapper from outside Boston, was in a medically-induced coma Tuesday with crushed legs and serious internal injuries as a result of being run over by the SUV.

“There’s no hope for his back. They crushed his spine — broke it in two different places — so he will be forever, forever paralyzed,” said his wife, Dayana Mejia-Meises.

He was hurt in the road rage incident Sunday afternoon as hundreds of stunt bikers led an unauthorized rally.

Mejia-Mieses said her husband got off his bike to help a biker who was hit in the initial collision.

“When all the bikers stopped, my husband got out, parked his bike to walk over to try to help his friend. He walked over towards the front of the vehicle when, at this point, I don’t know what happened the man was scared, the man just peeled off and ran over my husband,” she told WBZ-TV.

Mieses said her husband has injuries to his heart, lungs and ribs and that he is paralyzed from the waist down. The couple has two children, ages 15 and 9.

That guy might not have been one of the people assaulting the vehicle, and so we shouldn't rejoice about his injuries, which seem to be pretty damn serious. It sounds like he was trying to help someone who had fallen off their bike amid the mayhem, and might have been a pretty decent person. If it turns out that one or more of the bikers is culpable for initiating the violence, they should be prosecuted for this man's injuries.

As said before, he should have backed up over them on the side street. After they punched and kicked the car, I would have hit every one of them I possibly could. I've been in a high speed chase before when 8 guys tried to car jack the car I was in. Think rationally, and you win.

First the initial "accident" is part of a game they play. They ride in a huge group and will operate together to slow down traffic. Next they pick out high end vehicles targeting people with families in them, the targets will usually be white or Asian. Then one of the riders will do a "brake check" and stop suddenly in front of the target vehicle causing a minor bump. In some cases they will just roll back into their target vehicle. They will then mob the vehicle demanding money and or begin attacking the person inside. It is their practice to also slash the tires to prevent the vehicle from escaping. Truckers are well aware of them and are advised not to stop. You can clearly see in the video how they are well practiced in this style of attack.
