They get done in batches. Usually every couple of weeks. Very rarely it can take a month for them to get around to it. It just depends on when they have time to do the mind-numbing work. No one can really tell you more accurately than that.

I requested one for my house about a month ago and received the exemption same day. No idea if that is the norm, and I also can't recall which day of the week I sent the request.

Do NOT bump your petition thread, they are done oldest to newest. Bumping will put you at the end of the line.

As the poster above said, just give it time. Until you get the clearance, you can borrow an open wifi connection or tether with your phone.

Mine took about 3 weeks in total to get my wife one. 2 weeks really, I Had to remake the thread because I did not in any shape or form give enough info. Some things I did, gave our RL names, even gave links to our Facebook pages, our DOBS, etc. just things to prove I am not duo boxing
