Buff window gone, Alt-B doesnt bring it back, tried different UI skins

As the title says, my buff window is gone...
i've tried Alt-B (it wasnt hidden behind anything) restarting my computer, changing UI skins, relogging, but nothing works.
please help, i can't play this game without a buff window.

if you are using duxaUI, sometimes its halfway out of window. try hovering your mouse around the edges of your window, if you see it change cursor click, hold, and drag window into view. if not then i dunno.

make sure alt B is your buff window toggle, maybe you changed it.
