Having trouble finding suitable items for my three worst slots:
Shoulders
Legs
Feet

I'm lvl 35 and currently using cured silk in these slots (raw silk legs because I apparently forgot to make the cured silk). I've been looking for Wu's, unsuccessfully, which is somewhat irrelevant now because I spent the last plat off of my mule last night. I of course can save up again if those are the pieces I should really get.

What level can I reasonable expect to get Crescent? How hard is it to get, and how rare is it?

Is there something else I should be looking for? I guess I could camp the AC for the legs, but would prefer to get xp.

A Drolvarg Mantle (http://wiki.project1999.com/Drolvarg_Mantle) is a decent shoulder item. For feet, look for Kobold-hide Boots (http://wiki.project1999.com/Kobold-hide_Boots). Both of those are cheap (~100pp). For legs, there's not really a cheap option. It's cured silk, Wu's, or Gatorscale there.

Just searching through individual slots on:http://wiki.project1999.com/Category:Monk_Equipment
sorted by weight.

For shoulders, other than the drovarg mantle, http://wiki.project1999.com/Meditative_Blanket
supposedly dropped by a lvl 45 in TT on the forager cycle. Might be you could vulture one from someone farming that cycle, but it might be a very, very long camp.

For pants:
http://wiki.project1999.com/Crescent_Pants from Dalnir
http://wiki.project1999.com/Drake-hide_Leggings from SolA
http://wiki.project1999.com/Feathered_Leggings cheap. kind of heavy, but then again so are the kobold-hide boots =D

Boots:
as Vellaen mentioned, kobold-hide
also, http://wiki.project1999.com/Crescent_Slippers

Looks like you should try to find yourself a Dalnir group.
