Druid would be a lot I'd imagine without getting Level 58-60 and into a Tier 1 guild that does VS/Fay. Top of my head guess would be 500k+, but it's not really something that gets sold they go to guild Druids/Rangers.

Surely you mean epics for RMT? Buying epics and or having friends help you MQ them is classic. My wizard ended up MQing his epic on live. Thankfully a friend had an extra BCS :)
30 phinny kills+no BCS=screw it.
BTW the MQ's had to be coded into the server by the staff.
That said /agree with 45k+

No i mean if you cant trade or sell accounts for plat in game anymore you shouldnt be allowed to MQ anymore, period. Going by the logic of if you didn't earn it by growing it yourself you cant have it.

Can't even camp Faydedar like on live unless you have a raid force ready to go on 5 minutes notice at any minute of the day. Could at least kite him while you gathered people to kill him, so the iksar master wouldn't kill him (So the story went).
The delay of Velious is unfortune, but we are basically betaing; VSR and triggered Faydedar should have been out for a year by now with a correct timeline.

By this logic they should also ban selling of items/twinking characters (I mean it's not like you earned those either).
I guess you could argue that the plat you have was earned therefore buying high end items is OK, therefore MQ should also be OK because you earned the plat to buy it.

No nothing can be equal to the time and effort to level and play a character not even plat. Sorry but plat is easy to come by and items and equipment for certain quests isnt as easy, it shouldn't be allowed the same as account sales are no longer allowed. This server is pure classic only, this sullies it thats why account trading has been banned in such a timely and immediate measure.

Even if P99 were pure classic, I'm pretty sure the first EQ twink was born sometime in or before May 1999.

Listen its pure and simple MQs powerleveling and even buying gear should be outlawed you need to go and earn it yourself or its not what EQ is truley about, im so glad account sales were banned in a timely and astute manner.

The flaw there and the flaw with MQ at it's core is that it allows the 'trade' or indirect transfer of what are NO TRADE/NO DROP items.
It undermines the purpose and if there was one live screw up that P99 could have avoided, it was MQ. Unfortunately Rogean caved to player pressure.

If people can afford multiquests at level one let them do it, they put in the time and effort for it. Plat still takes hard work to get

Highly doubt you had an epic MQd before Velious on live. Considering the original timeline between xpacs, you only had people in tier1 guilds with access to their own.

Account sales weren't banned because people didn't "farm and grow" it themselves. They were banned because of the scamming issue and the CSR staff not wanting to spend all of their time answering petitions of "so and so stole my account."

Great point. I was able to get jboots on my low level enchanter because of MQ. I don't have the playtime to try and get on the permacamp list for AC, and it took my untwinked monk 45 levels to get the money for it.

I battled off TMO scouts at Ragefire to finish my cleric epic...couldn't have done it without the help of my guild and some other pals. An epic you put the hours in for comes with added "classic" attached pals.
If you're buying epics, you should question why you log into the game. Is that high elf wench still selling cleric epics? She insisted she was going to stop, I bet she's still doing it.
