Just getting back into EQ for the first time in years, and after searching around for a while I was unable to find out the following mechanics issue..
When your character drops to a certain low % (25%? 10%?) he/she begins to walk at a reduced speed as if snared, if memory serves there was a minimum agility threshold one could reach that would allow you to continue moving at normal movement speed despite reaching said reduced health percentage.
Does anyone know if 1) That mechanic is in place on p99 and 2) What was the minimum Agility score necessary? For some reason I want to say it was 95.
