I do not currently own Titanium as I have been told that is required and I will absolutley purchase it.

I am a long time EQ Original player back from day 1, I stumbled accross this Project and it looks like a dream come true. I am not super savy in how to set all this up but Id love to join and I am happy to donate to keep the servers going.

Okay, I'm here to help.

Assuming (www) that you (thepiratebay.sx) were able (tor rent) to grab (3894156) a copy of the client (everquest_titanium)... we'll go from there.

you install the Daemon Tools to set up a virtual CD drive as per the Read Me. Then follow the instructions provided from the Read Me, with the target file you are mounting being CD 1-5 files in their RAR state - there's no need to unpack them.

You can uninstall the Daemon Tools once that's done. Now that you have the client installed, head over to http://www.project1999.org/forums/showthread.php?t=2651

for all the other info you'll need to get started. Remember to take a moment out to hit up the Technical Discussion section of these forums for some great Stickie threads on things you can add to the client, like improved town graphics, etc.

I got it handled, me in my infinite wisdom decide to click random stuff in my inpatient state and cause a kerfuffle.

In any case, all is well now - thank you all for your lovely help I look forward to adventuring with you in Norrath.

PS. Id love to help out with the server in a monetary sense so please let me know what a helpful donation amount is, do people give 5, 10, 100? I want to make sure this game never goes away ;)
