As much as the last patch was definitely a step in the right direction, I also expect many of the other CC effects that were left out of the root resist adjustment will be given similar treatment soon.

Mez effects, snares, and blinds are all just as, if not more, unreasonably debilitating and were just as easy to resist on live.

I believe it is because you are 54 and there is a -resist mod per level you are under your opponents level. If you are 54 with 110mr, you essentially have 60-54 = 6 x 5 (5 being -resist mod per level) = 110-30 = 80 real MR.

That being said, it shouldn't be able to lock someone down, but land maybe 1/5.

Ya this should not be landing at all above ~60 magic resist. Even 1 out of 15 makes it overpowered in pvp.
