I played P99 a while back, may have known me as Kurnous, but I haven't played EQ or EQ2 in some time due to RL. My time is now spent playing tabletop D&D again, after a 13 year break.
Here's where my post comes in. I make tabletop scenery for use with miniatures during play. And being that a huge part of me still loves the world of EQ, I thought it'd be cool to recreate some of the locations of Norrath!
My first project - Ry'Gorr Keep in East Wastes!
I found a video on some site where someone did a quick run thru of the zone, stopping in Ry'Gorr Keep for just a minute, so I was able to sketch down a basic idea for my game tiles/buildings. What I'm needing from a kind soul on this server is, someone who doesn't mind running to said locations and either taking a bunch of screenshots or capturing it on video, a detailed look at said locations. Outside aerials, inside details etc..
I'm hoping this will become an ongoing process. After Ry'Gorr Keep, I plan on doing the Frost Giant Fort, also in EW! The locations after that I'll work with my "explorer" to pick and choose.
Hope to hear from someone soon!
