I think the nerf is "you can only cast on same target every 7.5min"
there is no 20 mins nerf

theres two nerfs

first buff lasts for 7 min then it gets extended to 20

Im pretty sure the 1st nerf makes it a 30 second cast time. Then its nerfed into a 7.5 min debuff timer. Even at which in a full grind group 6 free CH's every 7.5 mins is still boss. I remember using this BP in the revamped CT grinding Slime Covered Boots.
