What is the largest gap between character levels that a group can have in which everyone still gets exp?

What is the largest gap between character levels that a group can have in which everyone still gets exp?

I'm not sure if it's identical to live, but there it was 2/3 spread. A level 60 could group with a level 40 and the 40 would get experience. That said, the con of the NPC to the 60 would determine the exp the 40 would receive.
