So i started playing last night and got my Druid to level 4. As I was on the way to EC 2 named DEs dead in kithicor forest so I looted both..One had robe of ishva and the staff. And other corpse had the no drop ruined morning star..woot. so I make it to EC and sell robe for 1250. I've also bought a batfang headband for 30p and a moonstone ring for 35p. Still looking to upgrade slowly so if anybody has anything useful I'm in EC tunnel. Rock on

Maybe that's what happened? Finished off the mobs and then got the ban hammer dropped on them before they could loot. Luckily Lirkci ran across them before they rotted.

I gotta ask - what's up w/ all the people from Prexus (I assume) puting _Prexus on their forum name? I haven't seen it (or I don't remember it) from anywhere else.

I guess what I'm asking is, is there a secret club I'm unaware of?

Well, there are 3 people who have _Prexus on their name. One of them is Frieza, the other is TWDL, and the newcomer here.

I think it's because the first two have relatively high post counts that i noticed.

The most represented guild (in forum handle) is VZ -Vazelle or Vallon Zek? (guessing vallon)

I also saw two _emarr, and a handful of singletons (member search for '_' - only 400 or so results!).

I've use Frieza_Prexus as a forum handle since about 2002 on any message board where I have a good chance of running into friends from EQ.

I've been drifting away from it the last few years though; the shameful reminder that I used to think Frieza was a cool name is just too much.

Yeah, DE's ARE under the raid suspension ruleset. My guild had them on a timer and did them almost every pop pre-ban. Whoever decided to ice them for the 3/4% chances at the good loot they drop are some brave revolutionaries in the face of GM oppresion (aka morans)

What's hilarious about that is that he actually did ninja the robe while we were pulling the advisor. Then we realized we didn't care if he took it.
