Does anyone have any experience spawning this guy? Ive been trying around KFC and Paw with no luck. Any info would be helpful. Thanks!

According to the wiki history it was someone named "Ravhin". That being said, he did put a "?" at the end, and filled in a lot of other info, so kudos to Ravhin even if he got that bit wrong.

its probably pointless for me to replace "15k?" with "i think its probably something like 1200-1500 even though i havent even seen this mob let alone killed it since 2010"

From what I could find in my logs, spawns at or around -3300, 2000. Wanders in that area with a Bull Elephant PH and a lion ph. 6 minute timer, unless I'm mistaken.

The /loc on the Wiki is correct. and 1500 hp sounds about right.
