I was planning to kill Drol'Vags or however you spell em...I am a Dark Elf, does this affect me stopping in OT outpost forever? can someone confirm

yea dont kill dogs if you want to preserve your outpost faction, its not permanently ruined but you probably dont want to waste time getting it back

Just slaughter goblins for FV faction and sell shrunken goblin skull earrings and stuff.

Only the drovs inside KC matter, rest are on a different faction.

Prty much avoid HS, Kaesora, and in KC avoid the big dogs (and a couple nameds).

Think the outdoor ones are PackofTomar, which is some nothing faction.
