Bonethunder Staff

So i was doing the quest on my Cleric, since its a great staff. I went all the way to Ak'Anon to get the regurgitonic, so i could get the staff at a lower level. But Mammoth wouldn't take the tonic, he handed it back and didn't give me a scroll.
