Any name that shares a name with a mob/npc in the game, your name will not show up on a /who list. The only way to show such things, is if you friend the person.

Have you tried using LFG? Then did /who all LFG?

Since it shares the name with plenty of other mobs, you won't get a /who return for it.

Pretty sure you'll show up on LFG or /who all war 15 18 or whatever, just not "Seahorse" - and who would be like, hmm, need more people.. /WHO ALL SEAHORSE anyway?
