If you are a 50ish bard, all you have to do to collect this bounty is get two friends who can kill Quillmane (L40+ for any decent solo class), park them (and me) on the 3 spawn points, and zoom around killing lionesses and elephant calves between Splitpaw and Aviak town for a few hours.
