So the rules state that during a repop, guilds are only allowed 2 raid mob kills for 12 hours. Does this apply only to the mobs spawned during the repop, or also to any regular cycle mobs that may spawn during that period?

Seems relevant when we have a repop happening right in the middle of normal spawn windows like today.

From the Raid Policy page:

"On any full server respawn, all guilds are limited to two raid mob kills for 12 hours. This limitation does not apply to mobs that are exclusive to a Class."

So you are limited to two of the FFA mobs. Any mobs assigned as Class R or Class C on the repop would not be counted in this.

The only mobs exclusive to a Class are mobs in VP. They should phrase it differently.

Roger that, to clear up the intent vs. execution....I see what you're saying.

Just to clarify, what I want to know is whether killing 2 repop mobs locks you out from killing regular spawn mobs for 12 hours. The wording of the rules is not clear at all.

As you said we really need a clarification from the staff because for now:
- The wording of the rules says that if you already killed 2 forced-repop targets you still can't grab that normal-repop target popping within 12h (and it maybe happened yesterday I guess)
- Imo, the intent of the rule is to just have the bag limit on the forced-repops, and never on normal-repops even when they occur at the same time as the forced-repops.

On a simulated repop every mob outside VP has a bag limit of 2. This doesn't matter if its Class C, R, or FFA.

On a simulated repop day that also falls on a normal window repop day, the normal window repop mobs do NOT count towards your bag limit, only the simulated "earthquake" pops.

Example:

Yesterday we had a simulated repop. Taken killed Talendor (FFA) and Faydedar (R). These two were both spawned via the simulated repop and bag limited us.

Later on that night, Faydedar (FFA) spawned AGAIN as part of his normal window respawn. Taken killed Faydedar again, and were fine doing so because A. This Faydedar was a normal respawn and thus did not apply to bag limit, and B. This Faydedar was FFA so did not apply to the lockout that Taken acquired by killing the Faydedar (R) a few hours previously.
