The whole purpose of twinking is to make the lower levels easier. Why make the lower levels easier when you can spend virtually zero money and level faster naked than if you had fungi (http://wiki.project1999.com/Fungus_Covered_Scale_Tunic)/cof (http://wiki.project1999.com/Cloak_of_flames)/boh (http://wiki.project1999.com/Breath_of_Harmony)/scd (http://wiki.project1999.com/Sebilite_Croaking_Dirk)?

Either enjoy the ride or breeze through it, but twinking a bard is just wasted money.
