Just bought a new pc and am using windows 7. i installed the game and when i go into the eqhost.txt file and change it, it tells me that access has been denied when i try to save the new verbage. any help please?

Go to the Start menu and find Notepad in the All programs list. (Accessories Menu) Right-click it and Run as Administrator. Then open the file from the app. It's the UAC stuff in Vista/7.

out of sheer laziness, I simply delete and recreated the file when that happened on my laptop
