Hey man, don't knock yoga. Have you ever tried heated yoga with weights? Shit will leave you sore as hell and probably lose about a gallon of sweat. Much different than the yoga where you stand in one posture for 3 minutes at a time (very boring).

P.S. I work at a yoga company so trust me, shit is good.

yeah laugh all u want at those middle aged woman workouts

that shits the hardest shit i ever did in my life sustaining some of those poses for minutes, you really feel burn

500x more burn than maxing out 10-20 reps of heavy weight and than drinking a powerade thinkin ur cool
