I know this server strives to be classic but there are also some things that have deviated a little from original EQ. My question is about double clicking the spell book to change pages.

I remember in classic on my druid I had my most used spells on the first page, then buffs other useful spells on the second page, then I had all my teleports on the very very last pages of my spell book. On my enchanter I had the same thing for my normal spells and last pages for illusions.

I would double left click to get to first page and use those spells, or double left click on the right side to get to the last pages.

Some things I have remembered incorrectly (snare+root) and other things have been talked to at length (not having to book med pre-level 35) so I was wondering if this has been brought up in the past? Am I remembering it correctly?

Thanks,
Mef

Kunark era.

AUGUST 23, 2000

"/book #" (where # is the even displayed page number divided by 2) will take you to the corresponding page of your spell book. For instance, to flip to page 27/28, type "/book 14".

AUGUST 30, 2000
The /book command (/book #) now accepts pages 1 through 50, and will switch to the proper page.

gosh not sure how people play enchanter without /book hotkeys... makes swapping spells in and out so quick
